Our software development now runs through Mouseless, the developer collective we founded in 2023.

You have the team but not the person to lead it. We step into the role and take on strategy, organization and delivery — as part of your company, not as advice from outside. The team gets direction, and when we step out, the role is ready for someone permanent.

The team is working but nothing is moving. We find where it jams across the whole delivery lifecycle, redesign the system around it, and stay until the team carries it on its own — delivery that keeps moving without us.

01 BUILD
Architecture, frameworks and systems that are still in production.
2024 – presentWe are rewriting and maintaining the internal dashboard portal of one of Turkey's leading logistics companies, with modern technologies and a refreshed user interface.
2014 – 2018A .NET back-end framework built on OOP principles and testability, which moved the company off stored procedures without pausing delivery. Still in production: millions of transactions a day, thousands of tests on every build.
2021 – 2023We built the integration gateway server for Forward's web app, so its customers can connect their CRM and other tools such as HubSpot and Zapier.
2015 – 2020From ideation to exit: built the development team and the technical infrastructure. OfisPaneli was acquired by Groupe Up, then rebuilt as the SaaS platform the group ran across 28 countries — back end on AWS, front end rewritten in Vue.js.

02 LEAD
Engineering and product leadership taken on as a role, not as advice from outside.
2021 – presentDirector of Engineering and Product for Collaboration Services at Coyotiv, a software engineering school and software services company founded in Germany. The role covers strategy and its execution, stakeholder and budget ownership, organizational design and cultural change, and the processes that make collaboration productive.
2018 – 2020Software architect, then head of software engineering: took the internal framework and commercialised it into a product the company could sell.
03 REDESIGN
Finding where the delivery lifecycle jams, rebuilding it with the people who run it, and staying until the teams carry it themselves.
2019 – 2021Enterprise Agile Coach and Consultant specializing in organizational Agile transformation, leadership coaching, and change management. Partnering with C-level executives to shape transformation strategies, build Agile leadership capabilities, and establish effective governance models. Experienced in translating strategic objectives into actionable transformation initiatives and enabling organizations to adopt sustainable Agile ways of working.
WORKED WITH
Vodafone Türkiye
2018 – 2020Built the engineering organization behind the move from service provider to software vendor: 5 teams and 30+ engineers working in two-week increments, with quality tracked through engineering metrics.
2023 – 2025Led the end-to-end redesign of Customer Success, Product, and Quality operating models, identifying process gaps and establishing scalable ways of working across onboarding, churn management, CRM, product planning, stakeholder management, development, and QA. Built the structures, practices, and collaboration models needed to improve visibility, alignment, delivery, and product quality.
