About
Since studying computer science, I have been intrigued by the bigger picture of software delivery processes. In the first decade, I took on various roles in corporate companies, including software developer, quality assurance engineer, solution architect, business analyst, and project manager. I experienced the processes and operations of projects led by large teams.
In the second decade of my career, I have been involved in product ideation and development processes in startups. With a strong belief in creating software in innovative ways, I became interested in approaches such as Lean Startup and Agile. Following this curiosity, I worked as a consultant, designing processes for numerous companies, teams, and departments, while continuing to learn and experiment. Throughout this journey, I honed my skills in facilitation, coaching, and teaching.
After years of working as a consultant, I have now returned to the forefront, leading cross-functional, self-organized teams to deliver software. This time, I have decision-making authority to expand our experimentation and push the boundaries of what's possible. I am working under pressure to deliver results, but I am excited to take on this new challenge.
